Our Awana Club runs every Wednesday night throughout the school year. Each night is packed with awesome games, challenging lessons, and small group discipleship.
Children will progress through a series of books, earning badges and awards as they go. The Awana program is broken up into three age groups:

What to Expect:

Registration and Handbook Documenting/Pre-Awana Game Time:
Registration: When you arrive, please stop by the Welcome Center located just inside the main entrance. You and your child will be greeted by a leader who will help you through the registration process, and find or provide answers to any questions you may have. If you haven't registered online, you will be asked to fill out a registration form. Every week thereafter, your child will need to check in at the Welcome Center so we can record any points for them and their team. Handbook Documentation/Pre-Awana Game Time: From registration, every child will be handed off to one of our trained leaders who will document their progress through their Awana handbook. From there, they will be directed to the Awana Circle where some organized games will be taking place until the opening ceremony. |

Opening Ceremony:
The night will begin with your children saying the pledge to the Awana flag, singing songs, and opening in prayer. After any special announcements your child will move on to the activities for their age group. Nightly activities include: Lesson Time, Game Time, and Handbook Time. |

Awards and Dismissal:
Awards: At the conclusion of each night, children will sing the Awana song and be awarded if they completed an area of study during Handbook Documentation Time. Dismissal: Immediately following the Award Ceremony is our dismissal period. Feel free to stop by the Welcome Center and we will take your name and reunite you with your child. While your children are waiting to be picked up they will have an opportunity to pass the previous weeks Handbook work and sing in a Children's Choir. 
The Awana Uniform:
After completing the entrance book, your child will receive their very own Handbook, Awana uniform, and Explorers Bag. Your child will be encouraged to wear their uniform and bring their bag and handbook to every night of Awana (the bag acts as a good place to keep their handbooks and Bible together as well as the place we display the Awards they earn throughout their Awana experience). Each time they wear their uniform they will earn Awana bucks and points for their team. The Awana Store:
Your child can earn Awana Bucks in several ways: attendance, wearing their uniform, bringing their Bible and handbook, completing sections in their handbook, and bringing visitors. Periodically, they will be able to spend their Awana Bucks or save them up for a larger prize. At Home:
As the parent or guardian, you have an incredible role in helping your child progress through the Awana program. Each night your children will be given the tools to help them pass their section and they are reviewed in the Sunday School hour as well. But nothing can replace your daily involvement in helping your child excel. Memory Resources:
Each of your children's handbooks have audio resources intended to help them pass their memory sections. Many of them are searchable and freely available on streaming services such as Amazon, Spotify, and Apple Music (Be sure to select the KJV Album to ensure that the Audio matches their handbook). In the event that we cannot have in-person Awana or you or your child should have to miss, you can still pass sections on-line and check out any of our digital lessons from the past. We would encourage you to help your clubbers participate in the opening exercises, lesson, handbook time, and closing exercise. Even if your clubber does not pass any sections during handbook time, we would still love to give them credit for attending and participating with us! Please fill out the digital attendance form and upload any videos of your child saying their verses (videos will not be posted to our site or facebook page without your prior consent).
